Check in must be between 14.00pm – 21.00pm

Check out by 10.00 a.m.

North Hill Farm retains the right to allow any early/late check ins/outs.
If you need an early or late check in, please ask and we will endeavour to help with your request.

BOOKINGS
To confirm a booking we require a a 30% non refundable deposit (credit/debit card details) the balance due 7 days arrival.
If booking via phone, the office is open Monday – Friday between the hours of 10.00 a.m. – 5.00 p.m.

CANCELLATIONS

Our cancellation policy is 48 hours prior to the arrival date.
Any requests to cancel your booking need to be submitted to us in writing. Should you have to cancel your stay less than 48 hours before day of arrival, we would take the balance for the first night’s stay.
For Covid 19 related cancellations please contact the office.
OTHER IMPORTANT INFO

All our glamping units are heated, but as a result of their exposure, frozen pipes may occur in extreme weather conditions. We regrettably may have to cancel your booking at short notice in these circumstances - however we will always try to offer you an alternative date.
There is to be no amplified music on site.
Due to safety regulations there are to be no visitors at the farm other than staying guests. Any additional visitors to booking by prior arrangement only and at the discretion of the owner.
